The challenge

Swush’s main challenge was that they were a brand-new company. As an entrepreneur, there’s only so much one person can do, especially with limited time and resources.

As Swush was a brand-new business, it hadn’t developed its brand identity. Swush came to us with no strategy, direction, brand positioning and had no dully outlined products or services.

We worked with Swush close to the company’s conception, which was the director’s first stand-alone business after many years of successful coaching in his career.

With coaching, a lot of trust needs to be built before a client commits to a service. Every step of the nurturing process had to be seamless to convert leads into high-ticket purchasers.

The Solution

Swush’s services, by nature, have a long lead lifecycle. This meant that we needed to keep potential clients thinking of Swush and its services as we nurtured the relationships.

To do this, we created a brand voice that represented Swush and its values. In addition, we identified and segmented the target marketing by conducting a full ecosystem evaluation, covering buyer persona, pain points, and customer journey.

We then began creating solid, recognisable branded graphics for social media use.

They had to be aesthetically appealing to the client’s target demographic: ambitious career women aiming to excel further in their career but who lack the focus and support it takes to achieve their goals.

These graphics were combined with a social media plan that focused on positioning Swush as an expert in their industry and offering helpful, valuable information to their target client.

We teamed this with LinkedIn Lead Generation to expand the audience and performed a data extract to nurture leads through email marketing.

We also created a marketing plan focussing on the all-important nurturing stage. We implemented high-value educational social media posts that were instantly recognisable as Swush.

Combining this with newsletters sent to Swush’s database built from our LinkedIn data extract allowed us to nurture the audience and build trust.
